yesterday i got new shoes. they were given to me by my employees, so i can safely go about doing my job.
They are work shoes! Black leather, steel toe caps, ankle hight,increadibly warm and comfy, and, foremost THEY ARE WATERPROOF.
it has been raining non stop for the last week, and having warm and dry feet at last is one of the best feelings ever. As i was cycling in the rain last night i was soaking wet from head to ... ankle ...

i felt so alive and happy.
